All food vendors may be asked to provide photographic samples of their items, full menus, and food truck operation images for evaluation and/or advertising purposes. All food vendors will be asked to provide a copy of their food service permit. All vendors will be sent the rules & regulations and must agree to be selected for the event. Food Truck vendor fee is a modest 100 dollars. This amount is due within 14 days of acceptance as a food vendor and no later than April 15th.
